Cole Claiborne, MD

Dr. W.C. Cole Claiborne, MD, MPH, is a board-certified dermatologist in New Orleans, LA, known for his expertise in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology, offering comprehensive skin care with a background in research and a commitment to patient care, serving the New Orleans community through his practice, MD Claiborne & Associates. He's a Tulane-trained physician with an MPH, involved in clinical trials, and recognized by peers as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Jason Romero, MD

Jason Romero, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Shreveport, Louisiana, since 2006 at his own clinic, Dermatology and Skin Surgery. He completed his dermatology residency at LSU Health Sciences Center, serving as chief resident in his final year in New Orleans and starting his training in Shreveport, after doing an internal medicine internship there. Jason stays active in teaching—lecturing med students and presenting at conferences on topics like psoriasis, pediatric dermatology, and rare skin conditions—and has gone on multiple medical mission trips to Mexico.

Sarah Baker, MD

Dr. Sarah Baker is a dermatologist at Ark-La-Tex Dermatology in Shreveport-Bossier, Louisiana. Dr. Baker graduated summa cum laude from Centenary College of Louisiana where she majored in biology. She attended LSU Medical School in Shreveport, and then completed her dermatology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Baker returned to practice in Shreveport following her residency. Outside of work, her favorite thing to do is spend time with her wonderful husband, Chris, and her four energetic and amazing children Reid, Dean, Shep, and Charlotte. She also loves traveling, working with the youth group at her church, and tennis.

Cristel Malinski, MD

As a board-certified dermatologist and Covington native, she returned home after extensive training at LSU—earning my undergraduate degree, medical doctorate, and completing a dermatology residency in 2014—to practice in the community that raised me and raise my family here. In September 2020, she opened Malinski Dermatology in Lacombe, Louisiana, offering comprehensive skin health services including treatment for acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and more, alongside full cosmetic options like Botox, fillers, lasers, and tumescent liposuction, plus medical-grade skincare lines.

Shahraam Kamalpour, MD

Dr. Shahraam Kamalpour practices dermatology at Ochsner Health in Covington, Louisiana. Dr. Kamalpour grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he attended Baton Rouge Magnet High school and graduated Suma Cum Laude. He earned his medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport, Louisiana. He completed his residency in dermatology at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, and a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and cosmetic surgery at the California Skin Institute under the tutelage of Drs. Greg Morganroth and Katharine Ball.

Erin Boh, MD

Dr. Boh trained at Tulane University School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Hospital. She joined the faculty at Tulane University School of Medicine in 1990 and is currently a Professor of Dermatology. Dr. Boh has a strong interest in Photobiology and chronic diseases such as psoriasis and skin cancers such as lymphoma. She also has a strong interest in Psoriasis, Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphomas, graft vs host disease Cutaneous Manifestations of Internal Disease, both in the pediatric and adult population.

Cooper Heard, MD

Dr. Heard, a Shreveport native, attended Loyola College Prep, then Centenary College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1996. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, receiving his medical degree in 2001. He completed a transitional internship at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, then returned to Shreveport to complete a four-year residency in anatomic and clinical pathology in 2006, serving as chief resident his final year. Dr. Heard subsequently completed his dermatology residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, also serving his final year as chief resident.

Robert Jones, MD

Dr. Jones is a board certified dermatologist with more than 18 years of experience. He is a dermatologist in Marrero, LA. Dr. Jones has extensive experience in Skin Cancer & Excision. He graduated from LSUDr. Jones is a board certified dermatologist with more than 18 years of experience. Health Sciences Center Shreveport School of Medicine in 2006. He is affiliated with West Jefferson Medical Center.

Chris Hass, MD

Dr. Christopher Haas is the Division Chief of Dermatology and an Assistant Professor at LSU Health Shreveport. A native of Monroe, Louisiana, Dr. Haas completed his medical degree and training in internal medicine proudly at LSU Health Shreveport. Specific areas of focus for Dr. Haas are complex medical dermatology, dermatologic emergencies, rheumatologic dermatology, skin cancers (including melanoma, cutaneous T- cell lymphoma), cosmetic and surgical dermatology. He enjoys treating both pediatric and adult patients.

Donald Posner, MD

A native of Opelousas, Louisiana, Dr. Posner graduated from Cathedral Carmel High School in Lafayette, and attended LSU in Baton Rouge as a pre-med undergraduate. He attended medical school in Shreveport graduating in 1981 and completed his internship and residency in Dermatology at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he was named chief resident in his last year.Dr. Posner then joined Drs. Resneck and Clemons at their previous office on Olive Street in Shreveport.

Deborah Hilton, MD

Dr. Deborah Hilton was born in New Orleans and attended LSU as an Alumni Scholar, earning her B.S. degree. After working as a medical tech in hospital and university research labs, marrying and starting a family, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. She received her medical degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans where she was honored as the Henry Jolly MD Outstanding Student in Dermatology and the Upjohn Outstanding Student in Internal Medicine.
